The past few years have been a period of racial reckoning for much of the world – including the business community. From the May 2020 killing of George Floyd to the devastating effects of the pandemic, we have had a year of tough conversations about biases and inequities in the workplace.
While these often-uncomfortable conversations are meaningful, talking alone is not enough to end gender inequality and cultural bias.
